Support to Unemployed and Human Resource Development
"Radimo zajedno do posla” (Working together to a job)
is an Eu-funded project managed by the
European
Union
in cooperation with the
National
Employment Service (NES) and the
Ministry of Economy and
Regional Development (MoERD). The aim of the project is to
reduce the number of unemployed people in 17 municipalities of
Belgrade and Banat regions (North Banat, Central Banat and South
Banat districts).
The Project started in June 2007 and will be finished in June
2009.
The total budget for the Project amounts to 2.5 million EUR.

Training for bartenders was completed by 16 trainees who
were ceremonially awarded today (12/052009) with
certificates (in Serbian and English) of acquired
knowledge and qualifications. The training lasted for 18
days i.e. 124 classes (theoretical and practical part).
Selection of candidates registered as unemployed was
carried out by NES. |

Training for event manager assistants was completed by
19 trainees. This training lasted for 31 days i.e. 198
classes. Both trainings were implemented by the School
of Tourism and Catering in Belgrade, which took care of
the theoretical part of the training, while on-the-job
training for the event manager assistants was held in
the Centre Sava, and the Hotels Palas and Slavija Lux.

Within the project Working together to a job
financed by the European Union, certificates
were awarded today (28/04/2009) to 20 unemployed women
registered with the National Employment Service
branch office in Zrenjanin who had completed the
training for accounting/bookkeeping assistants. |

The training for front desk assistants was implemented
by the School of Catering and Tourism “Palas”.
The trainees obtained working experience not only in the
Hotel Palas, but in “Slavija luks“, “Balkan“,
“Kontinental” and “Kasina“ as well. |

“I am very satisfied with what I have learned on the training for
bakers/salespersons, and I think that after this
training I am able to compete with older workers in a
bakery”, Biljana Mihailović Vranešević (33), one of the
trainees said at the award of certificates after
completion of the training in the bakery Klas. |

implementation, and that is a great success for all of

their electronic business. E-business is 80% application
of business knowledge and only 20% of IT technology”,
Darko Dunjić, graduate engineer and one of the trainers,
said at today’s award of certificates to the trainees
who completed the training for e-business managers
in Eunet. |

The training for PC repairers was carried out by
company for adult education B.A.Y com in Belgrade. The
training lasted for 44 working days (from 4/11 to 30/1/
2009, final exam was organised on 4/2/2009). |

trainings within the project “Working together to a job”

College of Textile Design, Technology and Management
organised training for sewers of clothes designed
exclusively for persons with special needs. 13 unemployed
persons registered with the National Employment Service
will be involved in the training.

Certificates awarded to the trainees of CNC operators course in
Ada
All trainees who passed the final exam in the Technical School
Ada in Ada upon completion of the training for CNC
operators within the project Working together to a
job were awarded with the certificate of acquired
knowledge and skills.
